Benin won the final against Niger after a very close match.

The two teams were unable to break the deadlock during the 40 minutes, with Benin scoring the first goal followed by an equaliser from Niger.

It took a penalty shoot-out to determine the winner.The Beninese, who were more accurate and composed, won 5-4 to lift the trophy.
